About the Pilot
Mitch Mitchell has loved cameras since his first photography class at Shawnee Mission South in 1977. As soon as drones became accessible, he bought one. An avid kayaker, sailor, surfer, and biker, he put that same enthusiasm into learning about drones. He passed his FAA drone pilot’s test in 2019 and started Coastal Drone Marketing that same year.
FPV (first person view) drones are his new love. With their speed and agility, they open up even more possibilities to showcase events, businesses, and nature’s spectacular landscapes.
